I absolutely LOVE this time of the year! The crisp, cool air, sweatshirts in the evenings, harvesting from the garden, the scents of cinnamon and clove coming from the oven as my zucchini bread bakes, the list goes on and on. I also LOVE diffusing essential oils that can make the entire home smell of this wonderful season!
When I think of the aroma’s of autumn things like cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and orange come to mind…it’s all so warm, welcoming and wonderful! But did you know that when diffusing essential oils, the family and guests are benefiting from SO much more than an amazing aroma in the atmosphere?
