Great for any open room. Place it at an entrance, in the hallway, bathroom and more!

Also with a little double-sided Velcro, you could have one readily available on the dash or console of the car.

Fill 1/4 of the way with carrier oil of choice
Add 20-25 drops essential oil of choice
Break down a few bamboo skewers, or purchase a package of reed diffuser sticks and place in the bottles.

Ta-daaaaa! Instant air freshener that looks adorable too.

Room Misting Spray

Add 10-20 drops essential oil or oils of choice to a 16oz. bottle.

Diffuser blend recipes can be used here too!

Add a touch of dried flowers for a lovely, elegant look.

Air Fresheners in a Jar

Fill a jar with baking soda which is a natural odor absorbent. Add 6-8 drops essential oil per 1/4 cup.

Shake to disperse essential oils throughout the baking soda. You may need to break it up and mix it through using your fingers.

You can use cardstock as a lid insert or even a mason jar lid. Use a nail to tap holes into it so that the aroma can release into the air and so the baking soda can absorb the unwanted odors.

Gel Mason Jar Freshener

Recipe makes 2 – 4oz. mason jars. Use

frog lids or chicken wire cut to fit the opening.

Need: 2 packets of gelatin, food coloring optional, and essential oils of choice.

Put both packets into a bowl and add 1/2 cup hot water. Stir to dissolve. Once dissolved, add 1/2 cup cold water and mix well. Add food coloring and essential oils and stir, then pour evenly into jars. Allow to set in a cool place for about two hours. Jars are then ready to place around your home or even in your vehicle as an easy and cute air freshener.

Diffusing is the easiest and simplest way of putting essential oils into the air for inhalation.
