ROLLER RECIPES FOR THE HOLIDAYS

‘Tis the season – Change in the seasons, occasional stress, and increased interaction with others can often challenge your body. Make up some of your own blends for quick and easy application of your favorite oils!

Use a 5-10 ml bottle, add essential oils, fill with a carrier oil of choice, add roller top, a label, and you’re done!

Stay above the wellness line with this immune-boosting blend:

10 drops Thieves
10 drops Frankincense
5 drops Immupower
