Essential Oils in your Drink

The above photo is what you will see when you enter our kitchen.  These essential oils are on the counter for all to reach for.  It is what we add first thing in the morning to a nice, cold glass of water and throughout the day. This is something our family absolutely enjoys!  It is such a healthier alternative to some of the other junk out there that is filled with chemicals, artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, artificial sweeteners etc.

Our oldest has fallen in love with Lime.

Our youngest enjoys Grapefruit in his water.

My husband looks forward to Citrus Fresh.

And my favorite is between Lemon and Orange right now.

If we are looking for an added boost of energy we reach for the Peppermint and if anyone is struggling with constipation, we’ll reach for the Tangerine.

All of the above mentioned essential oils are labeled GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) for internal consumption by the FDA.  If you are interested in the health benefits of the above mentioned essential oils, be sure to click on them to be directed to some wonderful charts showing you some of the benefits of Young Living essential oils.

After reading on the benefits of the above essential oils, ask yourself if your Mio, Crystal Light, or whatever else can do for you what essential oils can and if the answer is no, please make the switch to something healthier that the entire family can not only benefit from, but also enjoy.
